The Care Communities is hosting it’s fifteenth annual World AIDS Day Interfaith Service of Remembrance and Hope.

The program will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012, 7 to 9pm, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church . The church is located in East Austin at 1610 East 11th Street .
